Following up from our very enjoyable February meeting at HamBaoBao/ Lils tap room, we will be heading to Red Dot Brewing this month.

As most of us who enjoys a good single malt whiskey knows,  it all starts with a good quality barley. So it makes sense that a beer brewery could start producing its own range of whiskey. This is just what Red Dot Brewery is doing at Dempsey, buried into the hillside behind the brewery is a cask conditioning cellar next to a copper pot still. Making Red Dot the first distillery to produce it's own whiskey in Singapore.

Established in 1997 run by Ernest Ng with his daughter Crystalla, who is Singapore’s first female certified brewmaster.
